Attendance Policy
In an effort to properly notify host sites and control cost the the following policy is in effect: Reservations will be requested for all meetings at least one (1) week in advance. A 48-hour cancellation policy will be in effect.There will be an additional $10 surcharge for on site registration. Select meetings will be limited, so please reserve your spot in advance as soon as you receive your monthly meeting notice.
